Forms

When you submit an enquiry or service request, we process the data entered in the form. We use it only to reply, prepare a quotation or handle the service request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in handling your message.

The website does not store form submissions in its own database. Technical infrastructure providers securely deliver messages to Valher business email, where they are retained only as long as necessary for handling the request, business communication and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised staff and technical maintenance providers.

We do not use the data for advertising or marketing messages.

Data in required fields is necessary to process the request. We do not use automated decision-making; technical infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to appropriate safeguards.

Website operation

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitor behaviour. Standard technical data such as IP address, request time and browser type may be processed temporarily for security purposes. Forms are protected against automated abuse.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. Contact info@valher.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
